Once application is complete, contact the Prevention Office (970) 328-7244 x112, to set up DropBox location to upload application.

Permit fees include:
-Permit Costs
-Plan review (up to 4 hours dependent on complexity)
– (1) Rough-In inspection
– (1) Final Inspection
Additional Plan Review or Field Inspections will be billed at $55.00/hr. for a minimum of (2) hours
